Properly Waterproofing ICF Walls

Steve Hostetter from Rocktown ICF Supply explains the best practices for waterproofing ICF walls. He recommends the Rubber Wall Systems, which are seamless and prevent water infiltration. The green spray-applied rubber wall membrane is used to cover areas below grade up to grade. For added protection, a recycled protective board is applied over the membrane, followed by 57 gravel against the board instead of dirt. This combination ensures a completely dry foundation.
